This page explains what Vetoxi collects, what it reads from Google when you connect Search Console, why, how it is stored and deleted, and how to stop it.

What we collect

When you use Vetoxi we keep what we need to run your account and analyse your website:

  • Account details: your email address and the name of your organization and website.
  • Your website's public pages, which our crawler reads like a search engine does.
  • What you tell us in the app, such as answers to questions, edits and approvals.
  • Cookies that keep you signed in, and a short-lived security cookie (10 minutes) while you connect Google.

What we read from Google Search Console

If you choose to connect Google Search Console, you sign in with Google and allow one permission: read-only access to Search Console (webmasters.readonly). We cannot change anything in your Search Console. For the property you connect, we read:

  • Search performance: the searches your site appeared for, impressions, clicks, click rate and average position, per page and per day.
  • Index status: whether Google has indexed your pages and the reason it gives when it has not (URL Inspection).

We do not ask for your Google profile, email or any other Google data.

Why we use it

Only to give you features in Vetoxi: to show you your search performance, point out what to improve (for example pages that are almost on page 1, or pages Google has not indexed), forecast what your plan can achieve, and measure whether the changes you make work.

To suggest better titles for pages that are shown often but rarely clicked, we send that page's current title, its top search queries and facts from your own site to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to write the suggestions you see. This happens at most weekly, or when you ask for suggestions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Vetoxi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use it, or let anyone use it, for advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads.
  • We do not use it to build or improve general AI or machine-learning models.
  • No person at Vetoxi reads it, except with your permission, when needed for security (for example to investigate abuse), or to comply with the law.
  • We only transfer it to the service providers that run the features described above (our database host and our AI provider), and only for those features.

How we store it

Your Google sign-in is stored encrypted (AES-256) and is only readable by the Vetoxi worker that fetches your data; it is never shown in the app. Your Search Console data and your other Vetoxi data are stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and only members of your organization can see them in the app.

How long we keep it

We keep up to 16 months of daily Search Console data while you are connected.

  • Disconnect and choose to delete the data: we delete your Google sign-in and all the Search Console data we pulled for that website.
  • Disconnect without deleting: we delete your Google sign-in at once and keep the data already pulled until you delete it or ask us to.
  • Ask us at any time: email raj@vetoxi.com and we will delete your data.

How to revoke access

  • In Vetoxi: open Search Console (or Settings → Integrations) and press Disconnect. We also revoke the permission at Google.
  • In your Google Account: remove Vetoxi under Third-party apps with account access. Vetoxi then stops reading your data and asks you to reconnect.
